  After spending 3 years and countless hours serving God in this Church I have seen many unbiblical practices done within. There is major hypocrisy and favoritism that runs this church as well. I was personally called an idiot and a moron by the current pastor of WCBC "doctor" Phillip Clark. He is full of Jack Hyles dispensationalism and goes in political rabbit trails and odd circles within his messages. Pastor Clark's daughter told me over Facebook that it was rude to want to have my wedding with my fiance two weeks before hers in December, also very un Christian and selfish. After calling me an idiot over a disagreement, which is completely the opposite of what a pastor ought to say to people, I never received any phone calls or apologies from him AT ALL. I frequently made attempts to reach out to him and made no other choice to get married in Phoenix with my wife. He refused to marry us in November which is what we asked to do but he said the church was too busy... Other members began to make rumors that my wife was pregnant and that was why we wanted to get married which wasn't true at all. Pastor Clark is big on old hymns and music and will object to any thing that is modern or similar sounding to old hymns such as modern day hymns. During the fourth of July weekend he had a old Bible college friend who is a pianist come and play at the church, the guy played many unbiblical songs including I'm proud to be an American. If that was any other person besides his friend they'd be ripped off the stage immediately. After removing myself from the church on my own accord I never received any messages or phone calls or anything by any members of the church. I visited finally one Sunday with my wife to see if we'd feel welcomed and we weren't welcomed at all. I prayed for the pastor at the altar and I genuinely showed forgiveness to him, and still was not returned any kind of brotherly love that the Bible speaks of. Many members there don't show forth any fruits and the church is very dead. Pastor Clark pushes people to go to the Christian "school" because it's the right thing to do which my wife went to for a few years. She told me stories of how the "teachers" favored certain students over others and many of the kids that graduated the school are not even serving God today. They also encourage people to go to Fairhaven Bible college that has been under investigation for abuse and control of student's, a college that teaches you how to be a railer and force standards upon people who have yet to learn for themselves. The fact that they charge parents for a "Christian education" isn't Christian at all especially when public school is free. Also if you like to share the gospel in casual attire this isn't the church for you, they require you to wear a tie to share the gospel when going soul winning on Saturdays, because Jesus wore a tie I guess. I would suggest to any Christian that is looking to grow in Christ that they mark and avoid this church. Pastor Clark has had multiple health problems and is so full of pride that he will never step down as pastor. I believe that you can truly tell when a man has been submerged in God's word when preaching, his messages prove that he doesn't spend much time in the Word. This church used to be a good church but now its members seem to not care anymore but continue to go out of tradition and habit. This is a open warning to anyone interested in visiting this Church.
